Blind Buy & Sale Items
Blind Buy Adore Boxes and Mystery gifts, or sale and promotional items are also not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items are sold as-is and are part of the fun surprise experience!

Before your order is packed and shipped, every product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standard of cute perfection. If you do have any concerns with the quality of a product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist where possible.
