Once your order has been dispatched:
Tracking details will be provided (where applicable)
You will be able to follow your parcel’s journey

Weather conditions
Public holidays
Unforeseen circumstances

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Simply Adore is not liable for:
Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel:
Arrives damaged, or
Goes missing
Please contact us within 48 hours with:
Clear photos (if damaged)
Your order details
We will assist you as quickly as possible.
